- Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advice/information.
- Documentation – scrutiny/checking and submission.
- Data Quality of application information submission.
- Biometrics – fingerprint scanning.
- Segregation of application as per service.
- Collection, handover & deposit of cash for the day.
- Delivery of application to mission on the same day.
