Job description

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, prospective tenants, and property owners within the region/branch. The primary focus is to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and facilitate renewal of tenancy contracts ensuring a positive experience for the tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with property amenities and services.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs for tenant-occupied units, ensuring timely resolution and communication with tenants. Apply First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Address challenging customers and problems that require escalation. Record, manage and resolve customer complaints properly and quickly.
  • Assist tenants with the renewal of their tenancy contracts and completing the process as per the company and RERA rules and regulations. Ensure timely renewals by sending notifications and reminders to the Tenants.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of tenant leases, agreements, correspondence, and other relevant documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to property management teams, including preparing lease documents, conducting background checks, and updating tenant databases or management systems.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management. These tasks may not be explicitly stated in this job description but are essential to the overall success of the department and company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Certifications related to Real Estate or Property Management
  • 4-5 years total work experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, property management, leasing, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Real Estate rules and regulations as well as Property Management and Leasing process
  • Proficient in software such as MS Office, Real Estate ERP Systems (Oracle, Yardi, SAP)
