Your Role
- Manage sales order backlog (Lines and Value)
- Manage delivery backlog (Lines and Value)
- Monitor sales order confirmation process
- Monitor performance for service level (On-time In Full)
- Coordinate internally via Service Cloud for relevant cases (Price missing, Master data / Customer master data issues, Order as per lead time)
- Coordinate with inside sales support and sales teams on customer-facing operational topics and communication (Self collectors, MOT changes, Physical good flow, Customer-specific requests)
- Enforce SOP for order changes & cancellations
- Initiate escalation for end customer (Order Monitor)
- Resolve requests & issues raised by internal stakeholders and end customers
- Resolve issues within the defined TAT at the correct quality level
- Manage delivery blocks on individual SO level
- Manage Service Cloud cases for relevant cases
- Manage automated order confirmation
- Report KPIs for relevant indicators
- Review customer notification management and execute corrective & preventive actions
Your Profile
- Will to win, with exceptional interpersonal skills and people management experience
- Customer-centric approach
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred; professional experience in Supply Chain Operations and project management in an international, multicultural environment
- Experience in supply chain management or OTC process management, with a good overview of functions like S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Production Execution
- Proactive communication style, able to convince stakeholders even in difficult situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- In-depth knowledge of relevant SAP modules related to OTC; knowledge of other modules is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
