We are seeking an independent and enthusiastic Customer Service Support to join us in Dubai, UAE.
Kvadrat was established in Ebeltoft, Denmark, in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia's renowned design tradition. As a leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performing textiles, rugs, acoustic and window covering solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.
Your main purpose is to support our sales team as sales backup and provide excellent customer service to our clients contacting the office.
Some of your main tasks will include:
We value organized and structured individuals who are service-minded and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with customer service and professional communication skills in English (both speech and writing) are essential, as English is our corporate language. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel is required; experience with D365 is an advantage.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally from a similar role in the Middle East. We seek positive, proactive, honest, and open-minded candidates with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills. Immediate availability is preferred.
