We are seeking an independent and enthusiastic Customer Service Support to join us in Dubai, UAE.

Kvadrat was established in Ebeltoft, Denmark, in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia's renowned design tradition. As a leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performing textiles, rugs, acoustic and window covering solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.

About The Job

Your main purpose is to support our sales team as sales backup and provide excellent customer service to our clients contacting the office.

Some of your main tasks will include:

  • Handle projects from inception to completion in close collaboration with our sales team
  • Assist clients via phone, email, and occasionally in our showroom
  • Prepare sample selections for clients and process sample requests
  • Create quotations and sales contracts to help achieve sales targets
  • Manage order processing from receipt to delivery, invoicing, and shipment preparation in cooperation with our HQ
  • Follow up on invoicing and payment issues with customers
  • Register and maintain projects in D365
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including CRM maintenance in D365
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies

We value organized and structured individuals who are service-minded and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with customer service and professional communication skills in English (both speech and writing) are essential, as English is our corporate language. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel is required; experience with D365 is an advantage.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally from a similar role in the Middle East. We seek positive, proactive, honest, and open-minded candidates with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills. Immediate availability is preferred.
