OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Part of the Solutions and Services BPA organization, the Customer Service:

  • Coordinate the order treatment with appropriate internal customers: Solution Sales, Account Managers, Project Manager, SDM, and Finance departments.
  • Take total ownership of customers' orders from the Purchase Order receipt to the delivery, invoicing, and cash collection.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKS

Act as the main interface for Solution Sales, Account Managers (and customers for specific activities), finance, and project management/SDM during the order treatment process.

  • Organize kick-off meetings (Engagement Review) at purchase order reception for large or non-recurrent projects with all solution actors: Project Manager, Solution Sales, and Finance (Change Point or Oracle Engagement reviews).
  • Check customers' Purchase Orders (PO) and book them in the Gemalto ERP order entry system to allow treatment from the project manager.
  • Follow up on POs and invoicing in coordination with internal interfaces and customers in a proactive mode.
  • Relay information to/from customers versus project manager/solution sales.
  • Support the credit management on customers' overdue treatment with Solution Sales, Account Management, and Finance.
  • Manage post-sales activity for all solutions (on an administrative standpoint).
  • Contribute to the short-term backlog billing forecast exercise and its achievements.
  • Provide agreed reporting to Solutions Sales, Customer Finance, and BPA Management.
  • Attend sales meetings, customer meetings, and delivery center steering committees when required.
  • Clean and update billing backlog to ensure billing on time.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Experience in Solutions & Services business to Mobile & Banking sectors.
  • Sales administration and logistics (Payment Terms, Taxes, Customs Rules).
  • System Tools: ERP tools, IT Literate (Microsoft Office Pack).
  • Good organization skills and rigor.
  • Used to working in complex administrative structures.
  • Customer-oriented & availability.
  • Stress resistant.
  • Good oral & written communication.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Education qualifications and special training:

  • Degree in business or administration.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position or Sales Administration.
  • Must have experience in the digital banking industry.
  • Must have experience managing clients in CISMEA and South East Asia.
