Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Accurately process cash and electronic transactions, maintaining a clear and organized cash drawer to prevent discrepancies.
  • Engage with customers to promote loyalty programs and upsell products, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
  • Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that it is well-stocked with necessary supplies and free from clutter.
  • Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels and participating in regular stock counts to prevent shortages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or cashiering are a plus.
