Confidential in Dubai seeks a Counter Staff member to support daily customer service and counter operations. Freshers can apply, with responsibilities including taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining an organized counter area.

You will coordinate with kitchen and sales teams to fulfill orders, ensure accuracy, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the counter and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the counter.
• Receive and record customer orders accurately.
• Explain products, services, prices and offers when required.
• Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and maintain daily transaction records.
• Handle customer questions and provide timely information.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sales, service or operations teams to complete orders.
• Keep the counter, display area and workspace clean and organized.
• Monitor product availability and inform supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with stock checking and basic inventory records when required.
• Refer complex concerns to the supervisor and handle requests professionally.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, customer service, cleanliness and safety.
