A leading UAE firm is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience, preferably in Government and Corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a background in Technical / IT customer service, be fluent in Arabic and English, and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include managing quotations, tender submissions, and maintenance contracts. The role requires strong organizational skills and a team-oriented approach.
Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree
4–5 years of experience in Customer Service Coordination, preferably with Government and Corporate clients
Background in Technical / IT customer service (Security Systems, ELV & Networking industry preferred)
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with ERP & CRM systems
Knowledge in :
Quotation preparation
Tender submission
Maintenance Service Contracts management
Official correspondence
Well-organized, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality
UAE Driving License is a plus
