Responsibilities:

Coordinate order processing, delivery tracking, and service follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service issues to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and operations departments to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
Proactively identify recurring issues or areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for resolution.
Assist in creating and updating customer service procedures and documentation.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or client coordination role, preferably within a fast-paced or client-facing industry.
