Role Purpose:

To provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, replenishing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  2. Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales targets.
  3. Replenish shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
  4. Maintain a tidy, safe, and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the store.
  5. Assist in stock counts & inventory and help with receiving and unpacking new stock.
  6. Attend training sessions to expand your product knowledge and skills, supporting both your personal development and the store's growth.
  7. Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth store operations and success.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in retail or customer service.
  • Experience in cash handling & POS system.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure.
  • Merchandising and visual display skills may be a plus.
