A leading company in inhalation rituals seeks a Customer Service Manager to oversee customer service operations and provide technical support. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Arabic, possess a valid UAE driving license, and show flexibility in work environments. This role involves managing customer engagement across various platforms and ensuring service continuity.
Oversee and manage end-to-end customer service activities across multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat support, email correspondence, and virtual assistance platforms. Ensure prompt, professional, and consistent customer engagement aligned with service quality standards and organizational objectives.
Maintain efficient response times and resolution rates by monitoring and optimizing performance across all digital and voice-based customer interaction channels. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
Technical Support and Field Service Backup:
Act as a temporary field technician during staff absences, leaves, or peak service periods. This includes on-site troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations. Leverage technical knowledge to bridge the gap between customer service and field support functions, promoting a seamless service experience.
Service Quality & Continuity:
Ensure continuity of service operations during transitional periods or emergencies by stepping into cross-functional roles as needed. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes, tools, and customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
Experience in a customer service role.
Language: English (required); Arabic (required).
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Flexibility to work in various environments (office, virtual, and field).
