Job description

What you will do
Provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers by:

  1. Assisting with all types of requests from customers, including order bookings, complaint handling, and solution support
  2. Securing the best supply solutions tailored to meet customer needs
  3. Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, finance, and other stakeholders within JCI to ensure smooth daily operations
  4. Continuously improving our internal processes and enhancing the daily experience of our customers

How you will do it

  1. Sales Order Procedure:
    Process customer purchase orders and create sales orders
    Work in partnership with sales representatives
    Act as the primary contact for customers, identifying their needs and nurturing strong relationships
    Ensure the best supply solutions are provided to customers
  2. Purchase Order Requisitions: (for specific business units only)
  3. Shipping: Deliver transport-related instructions and other relevant information
  4. Claims: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the claims process
