The Role

We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic, proactive and customer focused, CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT with native or professional proficiency in one or more of the following languages: JAPANESE, KOREAN, VIETNAMESE and THAI. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to negotiate effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
