The Job: As a Customer Service Agent you will be a part of a very exciting and dynamic team renowned for their service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate all import and export activities. You must be interested in increasing your knowledge of world geography and the airline industry. You will be in daily contact with customers, building relationships, problem solving and assessing their service needs.

Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Pre-requisites:
Bachelor Degree with a minimum 2 to 3 years of Customer Service experience.
Fluent in English
Proficiency in computers (Word & Excel).
Previous work experience in the courier industry or a similar field will be an advantage.
