Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Real Estate

Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide customer service support and resolve routine problems regarding our clients' products or services. You will interface with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media depending on client requirements.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
  1. Receive inbound calls from customers, prospects, and non-customers while maintaining standards for call volume, pick-up time, duration, and quality.
  2. Provide high-quality customer service by answering inquiries efficiently and politely with accurate and complete information, redirecting as needed.
  3. Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  4. Identify customer problems and offer appropriate solutions.
  5. Keep updated with changes to products, services, and procedures through continuous learning.
  6. Participate in outbound calling programs and other projects as required.
  7. Handle projects and tasks assigned by management.
  8. Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1 year call center/customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
  2. Bilingual fluent in English (B2 Level+).
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in PC use, especially MS Excel formulas.
  5. Graduate in any stream; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  6. Cheerful personality with a positive attitude.
  7. Empathetic, patient, and courteous.
  8. Excellent telephone etiquette and love for speaking over the phone.
  9. Presentable, proactive, and professional.
  10. Ability to tolerate repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Results-driven, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  12. Open to working rotational shifts and adaptable for internal role changes over time.
