Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual - English / Arabic) Part-time On Site - Abu Dhabi

Job Description: This position is responsible for providing the highest standards of customer service through telephone support to existing and potential customers.

Work Location: Abu Dhabi

Working Hours: 10 AM - 2 PM (Part-time)

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
  1. Receive inbound calls from customers, prospects, and non-customers while maintaining established standards for call volume, pick-up time, call duration, and quality.
  2. Provide high-quality customer service by efficiently and politely answering inquiries with accurate and complete information, and redirecting calls when appropriate.
  3. Identify customer problems and offer suitable solutions.
  4. Stay updated with changes and developments in products, services, and procedures through continuous learning.
  5. Participate in outbound calling programs, projects, and activities as required.
  6. Handle projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English (B2 Level+) and/or Arabic.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in PC use, especially MS Excel formulas.
  • Graduate in any stream; a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Cheerful personality with a positive attitude.
  • Empathetic, patient, and courteous.
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette and enthusiasm for speaking over the phone.
  • Presentable with a proactive and professional demeanor.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
