Job Purpose:

To efficiently process and communicate customer orders, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to customer enquiries and complaints, while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely communication of order details and delivery schedules.
  • Cross-check orders with internal departments to confirm accuracy and completeness, addressing any potential issues promptly.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints effectively, maintaining clear records and ensuring resolutions within set timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer data on Salesforce and other systems as required.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and adhere to company guidelines for professional presentation and customer interaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Graduate (Degree qualification desirable).
  • Computer literacy in AX, Outlook, Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (second language advantageous).
  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, logistics, or related roles preferred.

Desirable Skills & Qualification:

  • Understanding of order processing and inventory management systems.
  • Proactive, organized, and a team player with a resilient personality.
