The Position
The Customer Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and increasing awareness of Organon’s innovative pharmaceutical products. This role aligns with Organon’s vision of delivering impactful solutions in women’s health and ensuring access to high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell Organon’s pharmaceutical products to HCPs, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market share growth.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders.
- Provide scientific and product information to healthcare professionals in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance brand visibility.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide strategic insights to sales leadership for market planning and business expansion.
Compliance & Ethics
- Adhere to Organon’s ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all industry-related codes of conduct.
Required Education, Experience And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
- 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within the UAE market is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Respiratory products (asthma) and therapeutic areas is a plus.
- Pediatric experience is preferred.
- UAE driving license is required.
- Valid residency in UAE is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High ethical standards and compliance-driven mindset.
