Job Responsibilities
- Preparing sales quotations, processing sales orders, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Update and manage customer records, sales data, and communication history using CRM/ERP systems.
- Track open quotations and proactively follow up with clients to close sales.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer service for management review.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring a seamless post-sale experience.
- Manage service requests, warranty claims, and coordinate with technical teams for efficient resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on services, product replacements, and issue resolution.
- Collect and document customer feedback to enhance service quality and support continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prepare and assist in the submission of project tenders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing material submittals, datasheets, and technical documents as required for ongoing projects.
- Ensure all technical documents meet customer and project requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP software.
- Prior experience in the lighting industry is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with project tenders, material submittals, and datasheet preparation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or aftersales support, preferably within the lighting or electrical industry.
- Experience with project tenders, technical submittals, and datasheet preparation.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
