Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are supporting a leading financial services firm undergoing an exciting transformation, hiring a CRM Implementation & Training Specialist to drive the adoption and optimization of HubSpot CRM for their sales team.

*Note: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.*

You will be:

• Setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM to streamline lead management, activity tracking, and sales pipeline oversight.
• Developing and delivering tailored training programs to ensure the sales team excels in using HubSpot tools.
• Monitoring CRM adoption, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions to enhance usage.
• Analyzing workflows to recommend personalized HubSpot processes, automations, and efficiency improvements.
• Serving as the go-to expert for HubSpot troubleshooting, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Generating insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance and CRM utilization.

You will need:

• Proven experience as a CRM Consultant or similar role, with expertise in HubSpot implementation and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM features, best practices, and sales process optimization.
• Exceptional training and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs.
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., CRM Implementation, Sales Software) are a plus.
