We are looking for a results-driven CRM Manager to lead customer engagement initiatives for Everyday Banking products, including accounts, deposits, and payment solutions. This role will harness the power of Dynamics 365 Marketing to create targeted, data-driven, and personalized communication strategies that drive product usage, deepen customer relationships, and enhance retention.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute CRM campaigns that align with business objectives, improving customer engagement and product adoption.
-Utilize Dynamics 365 Marketing to automate and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications.
-Define customer segments and behavioral triggers by collaborating with data teams for more targeted and personalized campaigns.
-Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates to refine and improve marketing strategies.
-Explore new features and enhancements within Dynamics 365 Marketing to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
-Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize engagement strategies and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing, within banking or financial services.
-Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys) or similar automation platforms.
-Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and multi-channel campaign execution.
-Proven experience crafting engaging email, SMS, push, and in-app messages in collaboration with marketing teams and agencies.
