Responsibilities

– Design, build, and implement end-to-end digital solutions using Zoho One products to meet various business needs and requirements.

– Utilize the full potential of Zoho products to digitalize processes across the organization (Zoho CRM, Zoho People and Zoho Books)

– Serve as the go-to person for any Zoho-related inquiries and support internal teams in utilizing Zoho effectively.

– Gather business intelligence and identify information required to initiate process digitalization, and suggest updates that our company should be making to optimize our operations

Requirement

– Strong and sound knowledge of Zoho products and processes.

– Understanding of business processes and internal team requirements to implement and customize various Zoho modules.

– Ability to communicate effectively with external parties to source or communicate information as required.

– Proficiency in creating and maintaining automation using workflows, custom functions, and widgets.

– Experience in developing and managing user access privileges, dashboard customization, and sync integrations between Zoho applications.
