Responsibilities
Provide first-level customer support via digital channels, primarily focusing on email.
Accurately log tickets and troubleshoot customer issues.
Meet individual KPIs and adhere to service-level agreements (SLA).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.
Suggest process improvements and stay informed on updated systems and procedures.
Requirements
Must reside within a 50 miles radius of Fujairah, UAE.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center support.
Must have a valid UAE National Family Book.
Experience in providing written/email customer support.
Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with telecommunication products and services in the UAE.
Experience handling customer interactions via social media channels.
