Al-Futtaim Automotive is the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, leading the development of the automobile business in the UAE. Our brands include Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, and Volvo, which are leaders in the UAE market. We also hold exclusive franchises for top automotive brands such as Hino, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries, Hertz Rent-a-car, and FAMCO heavy machinery.

We are seeking highly enthusiastic Customer Relations Executives to join our team in Dubai, reporting to the Call Centre Manager.

The department promotes a customer service culture among staff, maintains close liaison between departments, monitors competitor services, and aims to improve customer loyalty and service quality to ensure the company's competitive edge.

Job Purpose:

To support Al Futtaim Motors customers and the customer relations team by:

  1. Handling initial customer complaints via call, walk-in, email, fax, etc.
  2. Swiftly and effectively managing customer complaints in conjunction with case managers.
  3. Maintaining excellent communication and follow-up to ensure case resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic technical understanding of automobiles.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in customer service within automotive, banking, finance, or technical roles.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language (Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi, etc.).
  • Technical automotive knowledge, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Behavioral Competencies:
  • Calm and relaxed personality.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to think clearly under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
