Customer Relations Executive

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the company formation and post-setup stages.
• Handle and resolve client queries related to business setup, trade license renewals, PRO services, and visa processing.
• Guide clients on procedures with various UAE authorities including DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, GDRFA, and others.
• Maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication, updates, and timely service delivery.
• Retain existing clients through relationship-building and high-quality support.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client interactions and documentation status.
• Coordinate internally with operations, legal, and PRO departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services like virtual offices, visa packages, and renewal solutions where relevant.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate services and UAE government relations.
• Hands-on experience with free zone and mainland business setup.
• Sound knowledge of UAE government portals (DED, DMCC, RAKEZ, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle clients professionally and calmly under pressure.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
