Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to bring Oral Health Care customers' marketing strategies to life by delivering agility and on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive flawless execution through strategic planning, tracking, and post-evaluation analysis (NPDs, periodic activations).
  • Manage deadlines, POSM development and deployment, and TPO creation for new suppliers.
  • Ensure effective execution of the promotion calendar in collaboration with commercial and supply teams to drive in-store excellence.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for timely project delivery.
  • Ensure timely delivery of in-store and online materials.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, seeking savings through process improvements and long-term planning.
  • Maintain a tracker for all approvals and ensure compliance with internal and external processes.
  • Develop disruptive communication tools for on and off shelf.
  • Support the simplification agenda.

Analysis

  • Conduct pre- and post-campaign ROI analysis.
  • Analyze market data from sources like Orange, Nielsen, Kantar, IMS.

People Management

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for third-party agencies (creative, production, brand activation).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in FMCG, specifically in trade or shopper marketing.
  • Knowledge of channel and category dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Experience working across complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Basic commercial understanding.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
