We are seeking a dynamic and committed Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to join us for the Academic Year 2025-2026. This key role will be the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff, and children. As the face of the school, the CLO will be welcoming, personable, helpful, and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner. The role demands high levels of organization and the ability to multi-task, work flexibly, and have a can-do approach to work, as the role involves managing administrative tasks while ensuring a strong focus on customer service and interface as a priority. Collaboration with marketing, sales, admissions, and administration teams is vital, and the ability to communicate positively with a range of stakeholders is crucial.
