Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide efficient and courteous handling of customers over the phone or email/SMS, provide necessary information, service booking, and guidance.
  2. Be part of the Telemarketing activities during campaigns.
  3. Ensure correct information is passed to customers and all Service Level Agreements are met as per business requirements.
  4. Ensure all required standards of communication etiquette are met over the phone/email.
  5. Direct the customer call to the relevant advisor who will attend to their enquiries.
  6. Call customers to get follow-up feedback on their visits to the ATM.
  7. Call customers for service reminders, recalls, follow-up on complaints, voicemail callbacks.

Job Requirements

  1. High School Certificate
  2. Good knowledge of computer software such as MS Office
  3. Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  4. Course in telephone handling skills is an advantage.
