Job summary

A leading diagnostic company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced IVD Application Specialist to address customers' technical issues and provide training. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the IVD Application area, primarily in immunology and biochemistry, and must be proficient in English. This role requires collaboration with the sales team, regular client visits, and participation in conference calls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IVD Application area.
• Experience in immunology, biochemistry, or molecular.
• Fluent in English.

Local immunossary application work experience is mandatory required.

Responsibilities

• Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
• Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;
• Conduct Customer training.
• Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
• Participate in conference calls by updating technical issues.
• Promote Snibe reagents to customers
• Other task arranged by the company

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
• Local immunossary application work experience is mandatory required.
• Able to use English as working language;
• Good communication skills and hard working.
