Client of Silicon Valley Associates Recruitment is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their team after a successful 2024.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to promote collaboration and a consistent, customer-focused approach across departments.
  2. Support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, working with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.
  3. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data to improve and align services with customer expectations.
