Job summary

Dubai Municipality is seeking a candidate to participate in developing a detailed plan to enhance organizational capabilities and services based on customer needs.

The role involves collecting and analyzing customer experience data to identify priorities that raise service quality and satisfaction, aligning CX initiatives with the municipality's strategy, and coordinating with multiple departments to monitor implementation and measure outcomes.

• Participate in developing a detailed plan that includes initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities and improving services in line with customer needs.
• Participate in collecting, compiling, and analyzing customer experience data, and identifying improvement priorities that contribute to enhancing service quality and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Participate in implementing customer experience improvement initiatives in alignment with the municipality's strategy, and coordinate these initiatives with the relevant departments.
• Participate in monitoring the implementation of the customer experience strategy and ensuring the achievement of its intended objectives through performance measurement and continuous coordination with various departments.
