Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
  • Experience with frameworks for deep learning (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators (e.g., TPUs, GPUs), model architectures (e.g., encoders, decoders, transformers), and using machine learning APIs.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
  • Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
  • Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses.
  • Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.

You will help prospective and existing customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges, engage in proofs of concepts, and troubleshoot any technical questions and roadblocks. You will use your expertise and presentation skills to engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and persuasively present practical and useful solutions on Google Cloud. You will use your excellent technical, communication and organizational skills. You will partner with internal engineering stakeholders to improve products and build solutions, optimizing for results when in production and identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole.

Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and application architecture that incorporate Google Cloud AI optimized infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate how Google Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the power of accelerators by working with customers on proof-of-concepts, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking.
  • Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams.
  • Influence Google Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for enterprise customer requirements.
  • Be responsible for business and workload acceleration on AI Infrastructure products and solutions for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
