Job summary

Latent Health is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to lead live virtual and onsite sessions, craft role-based enablement, and deliver hands-on product walkthroughs for diverse clinical and operational user groups.

You will develop engaging materials, tailor content to workflows, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to align with releases, while gathering feedback to continuously improve training impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in customer enablement, training, or education within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical operations.
• Exceptional facilitator who can engage audiences with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Share frontline insights to inform product improvements and enablement strategy.
