What You Will Do:

  1. Develop short-term and long-term strategies for local market user growth, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives;
  2. Conduct market user experience and reputation research and analysis to provide strategic insights for user operations;
  3. Design and execute user development initiatives, including online/offline campaigns, car owner clubs, and word-of-mouth marketing;
  4. Implement local market user engagement programs, owner events, and operations related to UGC and KOC;
  5. Guide and promote user development efforts at the dealer level;
  6. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration within the subsidiary to ensure effective execution of user growth strategies.

What You Need to Have:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher;
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in user operations, market analysis, and project management. Experiences in new energy vehicles or luxury brands are preferred;
  3. Familiar with market analysis methods and reputation management strategies;
  4. With deep understanding of user growth models and customer relationship management systems;
  5. Proficiency in user operations, KOL management, lead conversion, and event planning.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to independently create reports and presentations;
  7. Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken), capable of smooth daily business communication.
