Job Description

Join a fast-growing international team serving global distributors with order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping of products. Manage order handling, product allocation, shipment creation, and provide updates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  1. Manage Order-to-Cash processes for assigned global distributors; process orders and organize shipments, including requesting export documentation to deliver products on time.
  2. Ensure shipments meet customer requirements regarding documentation, packaging, transportation, and adhere to forwarder cut-off times.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams such as commercial, operations, planning, and finance. Support regional sales and Business Unit Managers.
  4. Coordinate closely with various departments globally to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
  5. Continuously improve service quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle customer requests and inquiries, liaising with internal stakeholders as needed.
  7. Communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams about order status.
  8. Maintain accurate and updated administrative records.
  9. Support departmental objectives as a team member.
  10. Process product complaints and service incidents.
  11. Ensure compliance with applicable procedures, local legislation, and export licenses such as OFAC/BIS.

Must Have:
  • Customer-centric mindset

  • Multiple years of experience in Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Experience with SAP and Excel
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Letter of Credit requirements
  • Experience in export services and logistics
  • Experience with Salesforce.com / Service Cloud
  • Experience in the MedTech industry
