We are seeking for a hungry, talented customer care representative to help us manage customer inquiries in cooperation with our partner network and solve any customer or partner related issue in a fast and effective way.
Your responsibilities
Attract potential customers by answering questions related to classes on skilldeer.
Answer inbound calls from customers.
Resolve customer care tickets in a timely manner.
Conduct outbound calls to follow-up with leads and encourage them to book a class.
Communicate and coordinate between customers and partner institutions.
Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience.
Your profile
2+ years of customer care experience preferably at an e-commerce environment.
Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution.
Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telephone or email.
Multitasking and ability to adapt to changing dynamics of business environment.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Positive attitude and some basic sales talent.
