As a Customer Care Executive, you play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients. In this position, you are the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing them with information on our products and services. You will work across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to deliver a seamless customer service experience.   • Document all interactions and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
