Job summary

A leading healthcare technology company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Care Centre Representative. In this role, you will be the first contact for customers, managing requests and coordinating field service operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in Biomedical Engineering or related fields, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Arabic and English. Qualifications

  • Preferred degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM and SD modules is a plus.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English, required.
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts including weekends on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers.

  • Handle calls by receiving customer requests for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, application trainings, etc.

  • Coordinate with customers to schedule field service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.

  • Create and monitor different types of notifications based on customer requests and assign the CSEs and CESs for the requested jobs in the mentioned regions.

  • Coordinate the dispatch activities of the CSEs for onsite visits, preventive maintenance visits, and CES visits.

  • Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assignments for CSEs of all services and CES dispatches.

  • Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well detailed, coordinated, prioritized and organized for review & follow-up actions.



Qualifications


  • You are a Biomedical Engineer (preferred), or you studied Electrical Engineering / Clinical Engineering or related courses of study.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.

  • Knowledge in SAP MM and SD modules is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.

  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts including weekends on a rotational basis.
