This role is a key driver in managing CRM prospects and supporting our sales and service teams through data-driven strategies.

What you’ll do:

• Manage CRM data for customer and lead lifecycle
• Ensure accurate lead tracking across digital & offline channels

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams
• Conduct data audits and performance analysis

What we’re looking for:
