Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into loyal clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to generate new leads and promote our products/services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Overcome customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance product positioning.
  • Record and track sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously improve your sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills through ongoing training.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in customer service, tele sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is required.
