Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years of cooking/kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• One to two years in a public-facing role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, portion, chop, and store for use.
• Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Wash and prep fruits and vegetables as required.
• Cook and serve food according to recipes and portioning.
• Maintain proper food storage areas and HACCP compliance.
• Support Chef during busy periods and ensure food quality.
