We have an exciting opportunity for a Culinary Coordinator under the Emiratization Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the department and enhancing guest satisfaction by maintaining efficient systems.

What will you do?

• Perform duties in accordance with brand standards, service behaviors, and regulations.
• Assist in preparing statistical, performance, and forecast reports for the Culinary Department.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
• Attend meetings, briefings, training sessions, and hotel activities.
• Acquire knowledge of hotel facilities and local information to assist guests.
• Communicate VIP and special guest needs to relevant departments.
• Follow safety procedures and Occupational Health and Safety policies.
• Adhere to food safety, safety, first aid, fire, and emergency protocols as per hotel policies.
• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with hotel colleagues to uphold service standards.
• Address guest queries and complaints empathetically, working with colleagues to resolve issues.
