Assist in daily food preparation chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring
Learn proper food handling, hygiene, and safety in compliance with Dubai Municipality guidelines
Support various kitchen stations including hot line, cold line, pastry, and prep areas
Follow recipes and menu instructions to ensure quality and consistency
Contribute ideas to menu development in line with culinary trends
Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen; uphold safety standards in absence of stewarding
Help manage inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages
Work as part of a collaborative, supportive kitchen team
Participate in taste tests and plating to maintain quality control
Demonstrate commitment to learning and growing under experienced chefs
Who We're Looking For
UAE Nationals aged 18-25
High school graduate or diploma holder
Strong interest in culinary arts and a desire to learn
Physically fit and capable of meeting kitchen demands
Willing to work full-time (9-hour shifts) with potential weekend or shift work
No prior experience required
Committed to completing the 2-year apprenticeship
