Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to fill the position of CTO with deep knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Business Intelligence (BI) to manage and optimize our business processes. You will play a key role in our company, enhancing our efficiency and competitiveness in the mobile phone market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ERP strategies based on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Manage projects for the implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
• Ensure integration of the ERP system with other corporate systems and processes.
• Develop and implement BI strategies to improve analytics and reporting.
• Lead a team of IT specialists and ensure their professional growth.
• Interact with business units to determine requirements and improve business processes.
• Ensure the IT infrastructure meets modern security and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as a CTO, IT Director, or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Experience with BI tools and technologies.
• Project and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution is an advantage.
• High level of proficiency in English.
