Job description

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) (m / w / d) – Healthcare & Innovation

Your Mission :

• Lead the setup and management of our new digital and technology hub in Dubai / UAE.
• Design and implement the IT and digitalization strategy across the group, focusing on building internal ecosystems, integrating AI technologies, and ensuring compliance with quality management, data protection, and medical device regulations.

Your Responsibilities :

• Establish and manage the new technology and digitalization hub, including recruiting and leading a team.
• Develop a comprehensive digital ecosystem, optimize open-source solutions, and create a central platform connecting all group companies.
• Ensure integration with AI servers to automate and analyze processes.
• Lead digital projects such as customer apps, e-commerce systems, and VR interfaces for medical devices.
• Implement and monitor quality standards (e.g., MDR, ISO 13485) and data protection (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Foster an innovative, agile corporate culture and collaborate with management in Germany.

Your Profile :

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience as a CTO or similar, preferably in healthcare or MedTech.
• Experience in managing international teams and offices.
• Knowledge in AI systems, server architecture, web/app/e-commerce development, open-source optimization, VR/AR technologies, and medical device regulations.
• Strong understanding of data protection and IT security standards.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Willing to relocate and establish a long-term presence in Dubai.
