Role Overview

We seek an experienced AI and Machine Learning leader with a strong background in Applied Mathematics and a passion for crypto. The candidate will have hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs to develop next-generation AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design, development, and fine-tuning of machine learning models, especially LLMs and predictive models.
• Build robust training datasets and implement data augmentation strategies.
• Utilize tools like HuggingFace, GCP VertexAI, Llama3, and Gemini for model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize data pipelines.
• Monitor model performance in production, ensuring quality and minimal drift.
• Communicate technical details effectively to all stakeholders.
• Stay updated with ML research and incorporate relevant findings.
• Lead and grow a team of ML and AI engineers, shaping strategy and vision.
• Implement AI strategies across the business.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's or higher in Engineering, Technology, or Applied Mathematics.
• At least 10 years of hands-on Python experience in machine learning and data analysis.
• Proven expertise with ML libraries and platforms like HuggingFace, GCP VertexAI, Llama3, Gemini, CrewAI, Lang Chain, Docker, PHP, Laravel.
• Solid experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs and RAG techniques.
• Experience with vector databases and dataset construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative mindset.
