Job Description

What you will do:

  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Execute Oracle Services strategy throughout the territory, including delivery of services, bookings, and renewals.
  • Close business deals, achieving targets and quotas.
  • Ensure proper pipeline coverage; maximize demand generation campaigns, progression, conversion, and participation rates. Identify and adapt pipeline growth components with focus.
  • Establish strong customer relationships to promote Oracle's full services portfolio and support digital transformation.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewal opportunities.
  • Update sales forecasts, record activities, and develop opportunity close plans.
  • Develop long-term, sustainable relations with customers and partners.
  • Manage opportunities in your territory and coordinate with delivery teams for business reviews and value assessments.
  • Act as escalation point for issues with customers and partners.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and implementation with partners to maximize customer outcomes and future expansion.
  • Drive account and territory planning in collaboration with teams.
  • Align forecast governance and participate in large deal executions leveraging product expertise.
  • Maintain pipeline health and collaborate across functions and ecosystems to drive customer success.
