Your Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, management, and successful implementation of complex projects within the trade fair and event industry.
  • Clearly define and document project objectives covering functional scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into precise technical and functional specifications.
  • Independently handle installations, configurations, and provide consultation directly to customers.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects at international events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and proactively provide solutions and recommendations that align with their objectives.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, handle client inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on deep understanding of customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and conduct regular client meetings and reviews to monitor satisfaction and project success.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with robust experience in Project Management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Consultant in IT-related customer projects, ideally within event technology or similar fields.
  • Strong affinity for IT solutions, including the specification, development, and evaluation of complex customer requirements.
  • Highly structured, independent, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered advantageous.
