As a Manager in Operations and Project Management, you will evaluate ROI, coordinate cross-functional requests, and build risk control processes with external partners. You will deliver timely, high‑quality outcomes in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal and external requests (ROI analysis).
• Manage project requests from external partners (e.g., token listings).
• Handle operation requests (Legal Agreement, Risk Control, System Bot enhancements).
• Perform project management on implementations for successful requests; manage stakeholders.
• Optimize structure and process to better manage and execute requests.
• Build risk control systems and participate in ad-hoc events.
• Drive new initiatives and deliver quality results on time.
• Support risk management and ops optimization projects.
• Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary.
