Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior Growth & Operations leader to own the campaigns engine (Crypto Loan / UAT Loan / INS Loan), run the collateral listing/delisting program with Risk, and translate competitive intel into pricing changes. You’ll ship reliably, read data, and lead a small team.

You will collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Compliance, Legal and regional teams to localize campaigns, manage parameters, and ensure clean rollouts. Strong data skills and Mandarin fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in crypto/fintech/exchange operations or lending
• Proven record shipping multi-team launches with rigorous UAT
• Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets; SQL for self-serve analysis; dashboard familiarity

Responsibilities

Role Summary

You are the player-coach who scales loan operations end-to-end. You’ll own the campaigns engine (Crypto Loan / UAT Loan / INS Loan), run the collateral listing/delisting program with Risk, and turn competitive intel into parameter and pricing changes. You ship reliably, read the data, and lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Marketing Operations

• Set quarterly campaign strategy and calendar; define mechanics, budgets, T&Cs; localize with regional teams.
• Own UAT for campaign logic (rates, LTV tiers, rewards, attribution).
• Measure and optimize: eFTD, active borrowers, AUM, ARPU, CAC/ROI; publish weekly dashboards and post-mortems.

Collateral Listing/Delisting Program (Margin Loans)

• Chair the cross-functional workflow from intake → approval → rollout.
• With Risk/Treasury/Compliance/Legal, propose and calibrate parameters: initial/maintenance LTV, haircuts, borrow caps, interest, regions.
• Manage change management: staging verification, production checks, announcements, API/Docs updates.
• Monitor after go-live (alerts, circuit breakers, user tickets); lead incident response and rollback when needed.

Pricing, Risk & Liquidity Partnership

• Build data-backed proposals for pricing, LTV automation, and liquidation thresholds; align with credit risk.
• Coordinate Treasury/capital-markets to optimize internal liquidity and cost of funds for promotions and new collaterals.
• Maintain audit-ready records of approvals and parameter history.
• Maintain a living “rate & rules” tracker for Binance/OKX/Bitget and top regional players (rates, LTVs, VIP tiers, promos, liquidation logic, supported assets).

Success Metrics

• Growth: lift in eFTD, active borrowers, Loan AUM; campaign ROI vs. budget.
• Reliability: 0 critical defects in parameter changes; % on-time launches.
• Risk & Liquidity: parameter changes within approved bands; no uncontrolled exposure; utilization of borrow caps.
• Intel to Action: adoption rate of monthly recommendations; time from insight → shipped change.
• Ops Hygiene: SOP freshness, audit completeness, CS ticket reduction.

What You’ll Bring

Must-have

• 5–8 years in crypto/fintech/exchange operations or lending.
• Proven record shipping multi-team launches (campaigns or listings) with rigorous UAT.
• Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets; working SQL (BigQuery/MySQL) for self-serve analysis; dashboard familiarity (Looker/Metabase/Tableau).
• Solid grasp of lending mechanics: LTV/haircuts, liquidation, collateral valuation, regional restrictions.
• Cross-functional influence with Risk, Treasury, Product, Compliance, Legal.
• Clear written comms; fluent English and Mandarin.

Nice-to-have

• Hands-on experience with collateral onboarding/offboarding and pricing playbooks.
• CRM/A/B testing (Braze/Iterable); Python for ad-hoc analysis.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and public announcements/API docs processes.
